Hello, all! Happy New Year! I've been away from the computer awhile (not such a bad thing)... wanted to wish all of you the best - in recovery, seeking recovery, or dealing with a loved one in any addiction-related situation.

Fantastic book for a nerd like me... I've been looking for a book *just like this* forever. I'm totally absorbed in it. Also got other nice things, but that's hands down my favorite gift.

New Year's Resolutions - yet to be announced. I have many brewing in my head right now, and I'll post again later to list them - if only for posterity's sake. No need to join me. Top of the list, though, is diet and fitness. Fitness and diet.

I took a running head start to my New year's resolution this year....

I haven't smoked for a week!!!!

To quit smoking has been a resolution of mine for too many years. No longer!! Thank goodness....It's hard, for sure.....but so worth it. My kids are really happy. That means alot to me.

Hope 2006 is the best year ever for all of ya!!!!!!
