You know, I lived at my house for 20 years, and got on the do not call list at home. Then, I moved to the city. Don't you know, I have to field calls again!

I wish they had a "Do not call list" for ex-girlfriends.

I cant. Its on business cards, proposals, invoices, etc. Besides, she would just go to my web page and get the new one. Im sure sooner or later she will get bored. Or even better yet, find someone else.

I just heard that in 06 we should all be prepared for "Phone Viruses". Come on

cell phones?! and they charge the "victim?" ooooh that is not right. yeah, any time I have to retrieve a voicemail it is always charged.

the cell phone companies should provide this for us automatic, I feel

BOGUS

That warning has been around for a while.
It does no harm adding your numbers to the official, do not call registry with the .gov but there is no intention of releasing cell phone numbers.

Call centers that use automated equipment (computer dialers) don't have a clue who they are calling.

555-0001
next call
555-0002
next call
555-0003
.....

Sooner or later, every number in a given area code would get called.

All that would be needed is the area code listings for cell phones if they wanted to go after them. No list of names and numbers would be needed.
