Whoever's house that is, they're lucky they don't live next to me - or worse, across the street. That would drive me crazy, and definitely drive me to 'tamper' with their electric meter... (Blinking lights give me a migraine.)

Yeah that is out here in Ohio! He has the music over shortwave radio so people can just tune in but yeah those lights would drive me nuts if I was living by them! It is pretty neat though
