The "back space" key on your keyboard does the same thing as scrolling with the mouse and clicking "back".

I use this program called "strokeit" and once you install it all you have to do to surf is right click and move the mouse back to go back or right click and move the mouse forward to go forward, right click and draw a C to close a window....it is an awsome program and I feel naked when I'm on a PC without it.
