Teacher's Strike.

The teachers in our school district went out on strike last night. I'm sorry, and teach please don't take offense here.

These over paid a$$'s need to get over themselves. This school district has the 6th highest pay rate in the county. they are among the highest paid in the state. They are fighting because they don't want to pay for 9% of their own health care. BITE ME!!

The rest of the world is lucky to be able to pay for 100% of their own healthcare, they are lucky that their employers offer ANY benefits around here.

My 7 year old son is walking around here upset because his Halloween Parade has been cancelled. The elementary school here makes a big deal of it. The high school band comes out and they lead a parade through the historic community where the school is. Up and down the streets, and finally through the adult day care facility. The seniors hand out candy to the kids as they come through. The pumpkins on parade were due in today, and that is also cancelled. So is their party.

9%!! Like I said BITE ME!!
