Hi, Thanks for the test, some of it enlightened me,, I missed 3 of them, BUT one of the answers I got wrong, REALLY confuses me,, Here are the # I got wrong, # 9, 13, and 19. What is up with # 13??? The Questions is, 13. cold medications with just a couple of drinks have no harmful effect on your driving. Why is the answer True? Can anyone explain this to me, I don't understand,, The other #'s I got wrong, I agree that they could be wrong, but # 13?? Thanks again, want,, LOve, Becky

hey Becky, i was told that a cold medication is a suppresant as is alcohol so mixing the two together...say you have 2 drinks and you've taken a contact c, the combination is actually like having 4 drinks. the end result is further impairment to drive. I also got #9 wrong. A standard serving for each different kind of alcohol is different. 8 oz of wine wouldn't be the same as a serving of vodka for example.... greenbug, i would think having put on vicks vapor rub and having a drink wouldn't make for a deadly combination...... I guess wether pill or drink as long as its also a suppresant it would only add to impairment. splendra...32% apparently is the number for my area...saskatchewan. I also got it wrong, i figured it would be higher...apparently in the last couple of years our stats have gone down. good news. as for #17...it is false because even if you are not actually in motion, you would be in a motor vehicle and impaired, apparently is cause for police to charge with impairment. Ideally if impaired one is not to get behind the wheel impaired under any circumstances. today i think i'll simply not drink |
