Road To Hope - SoberRecovery : Alcoholism Drug Addiction Help and Information

Good Morning SR me again imagine that. After these past few weeks of dealing with all that has gone on in my life, I have hope today that everything is going to be OK. I didn't feel like I had any HOPE the last few weeks and yet I went through the STORM instead of running from it, and today even with all that has gone on I know that there is HOPE at the end of the rainbow. I have seen what I believe is a change of attitude here since two days ago. I grieved (sp) over Lucky for awhile as you all know, that was one of the hardest things that I have had to do in the last 6 months of my road of recovery, yet now I have the Hope today.

I am grateful that I have hung in there, and when those thoughts came I would say "This too will Pass" and it did. Today I am grateful for my change of attitude and not only that but I know that life is good and I know that there is hope not only for me but for anyone who wants this way of Life. I owe this to God as I understand God My Lord and Savior, and to the people here at SR and to all that have told me "Put away the ugly stick"

Thank you all for giving me my HOPE>

When I stay busy wether it is here at SR or whatever and I stay out of my own head I have a wonderful day, but if I stay into my head everything else just seems to go the wrong way I HOPE that I can try and remember this everyday.
