Before I turned on the tv, I was listening to the Heroin Diaries Soundtrack. It's the soundtrack to the book the Heroin Diaries by Nikki Sixx, the bass player for Motley Crue.

The book is his actual diary excerpts from 1987, one of the biggest years for Motley Crue and also Nikki's worst year in his addiction to heroin, alcohol, cocaine and pills.

The soundtrack is an incredible collection of songs by his other band, SixxAM, all having to do with addiction and Recovery. . . songs like Accidents Can Happen ( about relapse) Life is Beautiful, and Courtesy Call, (overdose) I recommend the book and soundtrack(see YouTube) to anyone in Recovery who likes Rock and Roll.

The songs kick a$$.

By the way, my signature is from one of the songs, Permission.

Ok, if you like old school rap, you'll love dangerdoom. Just started listening to them lately, its MF doom teamed up with dj dangermouse, and its really cool. He raps about stuff like aqua team hunger force and spaceghost coast to coast lol
