| The Triple Crown ... decided Saturday! Go Big Brown!!!!! I don't know how many keep up with horse racing at all - but this will be the first Triple Corwn Winner in thrity years if he goes... if his feet prove well enough - I think a historical thing is gonna happen later today. That horse is the most effortless runner I've EVER seen... my God what an eye on him. Handsome; handsome man. Secretariat's record may well fall today. Be worth a watch - just to say you were there and all that.  |

| Big Brown just drew the inside post for the Belmont......that's normally a tough draw, but over such distance (mile and a half!!!!) it may work in his favor if he breaks well....and let's remember, that the all time greatest thoroughbred EVER, BIG RED, who won the Belmont by 31 lengths also broke from the inside position............ |

| anvil - I think this is the horse who can beat that redcord. have you SEEN how effortless he runs? I've never seen anything like it. And the EYE on that guy .... man o man. it's gonna be historical - i'll be plenty sure on that one. Inside - if he got the inside spot - they'll just probably turn him loose - and let him go as far as he can. At the most - he'll have to pull out and run around e'm abt the back of the second turn or end of backstretch. he can DO it. |

| he can, i'm concerned about that cracked hoof tho, over that distance....if he breaks clean out of the gate he has a good chance....he is a beautiful horse and seems to glide over the track....it'll be one to watch for sure! |

| I just read another article that said the trainer admits using 'legal' STEROIDS as late as April - that can just make him ... unable to manage in the heat. I'm worried he's colicked or something - and is now worth more dead than alive like so many other racehorses. This industry (notice I didn't say 'sport') Horse racing hasn't been a "sport" in the history of man. it's a business. needs a complete overhaul. |
