What is fun? A new member ask the question what do you do for fun? I've always really hated to answer that question because I don't know. I used to say going horse back ridding but thats just part of my life now days and some times seems more like a job. I guess I'm getting old because my ideal of fun is a pizza, Dr. Pepper and a rented movie on Friday night. I'm thinking maybe it's time for a change. So in an attempt to broaden my horizons, what do you guys do for fun? Keeping in mind I don't mean going to six flags, I'm talking about the little things that make life worth paying the bills ![]()

For me fun is a trip to the Ocean, moutains and forests, cycling, writing and reading and a long soak in the tub....and music the list is endless. The most important thing though is being clean and sober that really hits the spot for me.

we bought a house on a smallish private lake and it was just recently stocked with trout for the year....hank bought a big ole bag of Hydro 6000 trout pellets, same food as they were "served" at the hatchery, and it is such a hoot to take a bucket of pellets and go to the end of the dock and cast a handful out there.....looks like a pirahnna feeding frenzy!!!! the lake water is so clear you can see all the fishies swimming about...... watching our sillyass dog with what is left of a soccer ball that more resembles an old timey foot ball helmut.....he'll shake that thing, pounce on it, wear it on his head and run into stuff...... hopping in the kayak...... rock n roll cranked on the stereo..... cooking....... just hanging with the old man, to me he is endless delight... road trips......well before gas was 4 bucks an ounce! gardening, almost....i'm really close to enjoying it.....!!!
