Where's Anvil? Man, I'm so figgity...however you spell it....don't want to be sitting here at work, either napping or in a not so windy spot in the backyard accomplishing something!!

Me too. Im trying to get flyers about my missing cat ready but Im ata loss for what to put, already put a lost ad on craigslist. Normally flyers dont bring much luck, but since Rita found Moose, Im hoping. On line 2 other cats went MIA same day, same neighborhood

I feel the same Connie I want to do something but not be here. Its beautiful outside but I am stuck at work arghhh. The weekends are filled with chores and responsibilities arghh. I wish I was a kid again playing red light green light 123123, or skelly, or hide and go seek.... ahh just remember playing in the boxes with two brothers joey and anthony. Everything was so much simplies... heck I was dealing with addictione ven back then but I was a free wild child always outside doing something. I wish when I sleep I could go back to one of those days and relive the experience. Jewelz

The end of the day is dragging. 30 minutes left...whats everyone eating for dinner? I just offered to cook Spagetti. Ah and kids sound...waterlogged and I make much better spagetti. I must have had too much fun this weekend as I am very very exhausted. I think tonite calls for a bubble bath, and if Im not too drained we want to play Scrabble with the boys

I've got left overs from lunch.....Vegetable Fried Rice from next door....mmmmmm good. Then, we have to get ready for swim lessons.....................

Hey Cind! Been reading, just not posting any. I am doing okay this week. Sounds like you are having a good one. Morning all. Hope everyone is doing okay. Got contacts this weekend. They are kinda driving me crazy though. My glasses got broke a week ago and the week that I did not have them I was told about 50 times what pretty eyes I have and what a pretty face I have so I decided I wasnt going back to glasses, but now I'm not so sure. Its like they are not sticking to my eyes the way they should be. They move around alot. Anyway.... Love ya'll!

I'm here Cindi just running back and forth with work... setting up for a legal training. I am tired abf had one of his nights.

Wendy - adjusting to contacts takes a while - your eyes have to adjust to having something on it. Usually the eye dr recommends that you wear your contacts for a while, then wear the glasses to give your eyes a rest. (I've been wearing contacts since I was 16) different types of lenses fit better to your eyes too - don't give it up - if it has only been a few days, it may take a little longer to adjust. Awesome meeting last nite - We read out of the "How Al-Anon works" - the Chapter of Detachment, Love & Forgiveness - which is my favorite chapter in that book - great information in there, always helps me to adjust my focus on where it needs to be. Hope everyone is having a nice cup of coffee, hot choc, hot tea, or whatever you like to start your morning with and breathing in the moments of serenity that are available regardless of the chaos!

Good to see you Wendy, I was wondering how you were. Jewelz, a legal training? right up my ally. Boss just walked in, still chicken little mode so its gonna be another one of those days. Kids only ahve 2 more days of school, they were real excited. I found out I have to send Brownies tomorrow, so tonite Ill be baking (the break apart brownies.) Just gonna try not to eat many/any

Hi everyone! I've been reading, trying to catch up. I still haven't heard anything from insurance company and am afraid to call and hear them say "you didn't have insurance". Will wait 'til tomorrow since I don't have to work tomorrow night, and probably won't get any sleep. Don't know what's going on at work, either, other than I may be suspended/fired along with the girl because I put my hands on her first, despite the fact that she was in my face and threatening me. Feeling a little bit (no, a lot) overwhelmed, so am praying about it, reaching out to friends, and I keep putting one foot in front of the other. No way around it, but through it!

Wowser....sorry for the stress Impurrfect.....Cindi sounds like you are doing good, pics on Myspace are great. Jewelz, hang in there. Wendy...good luck with contacts, I tried several pairs, all of which were hard ones, but I could never see as good in them as I can my glasses. I went to work and one gal MADE me go to the doctor, I have another damn sinus infection, it hurts like hell....Why do I keep getting them....I asked the nurse practitioner what I could do he said....make the wind stop blowing in West Texas....yeah right...:rof Well off to drop off RX's and back to work, ya'll have a good one and hang in there.....I didnt' even get email or anything opened up at work while ago....I'll be there shortly. I stopped by the house to get another book of checks and ............... couldn't resist getting on here....  Later...........................

Thanks Connie, I wondered if anyone ever looked at my pics. Imperfect, just call them and find out, play dumb. What date was your insurance cancelled? What date did they receive payment? Sadly it is very common for this to happen. Connie, do you take allergy meds to prevent sinus infections from starting? I have to.

I just got a call from the school. My oldest son has asked about a science enrichment program over the summer there were very few slots but he was chosen for this free summer program since I talked to the teacher today he is guaranteed his spot. Im really excited for him, and interestingly his younger brother was previously chosen and enrolled in the lower part of the program. This is a really good thing for them both

Cindi, I was looking at your pics last night, I noticed Dan looks a lot different from earlier pics... looks like he gained some weight too. About to get me a pepsi and a cigarette... not the healthiest right.... cigs went up to $8.50 at some locations in the city... just fantastic

Damn good thing I quit smoking!!! No I don't take allergy meds..........and it's weird that my sinuses don't bother me then WHAM, it's a full blown infection! Started with the headache Sunday..... They told me that if it happens again or more problems really soon like this since last time was not very long ago....they would refer me to an Ear, Nose & Throat doctor! Great!
