Dr. Phil is a world class addict. To fame and fortune. He is a magna *** laude graduate of the school of narcissism. He violates every rule of responsible therapy. What ethical therapist would put his clients on television for his own gain? He is like a guy who puts a camera in a showerroom and sells the film on the internet.

The episode that made me dislike "Dr." Phil was where he had this poor guy on who was going through a psychotic episode, or had a thought disorder and was really messed up mentally. It reminded me of when I went through an episode like that and it made me sick to see Phil parading the poor guy in front of the cameras when he should have been getting professional help in a loving and supportive environment until he got well. What is said in therapy is between the therapist and patient, it is sick to put it on tv.

He really helped my son, me and our relationship.

I like Dr. Phil. Contrary to the larger opinion around here, I think he's great.

I also think it's great how he helped the two heroin girls, I believe they or at least one of them would for sure be dead.

I think him bailing out that girl was horrible......
I heard that his staff bailed her out before he even knew about it.

((and yes they have that authority, I know someone who works with
him. ))

I was appalled never the less to hear what he did (or his staff).....
