Wake Up Call by Maroon 5. The lyrics are frightening, but the music gets me moving, and it's fun to sing along with. On the other hand and on a lighter note, the B52's Love Shack is always fun.

some of those fun to dance to songs - the ones everybody pretends that they can't stand (but are really dancing to on the inside) like. . . Vanilla Ice Ice Baby Michael Jackson - The Thriller Years - you know, Billie Jean, The Way You Make Me Feel, etc. She's A Brick . . . Hoowse songs like that kinda make it hard to stay sad - make ya wanna dance & forget about the troubles of the day!!

For me Mozart is my best way to both relax and get energized. Any classical will do, but Mozart is my favorite.
