|  The Meaning of Life
Has anyone ever stopped and thought about the age old answer to what is the meaning of life ?? The answer to the question of what is the meaning of life is ...... How do you feel about that ??? Think about it....apply it to any situation. Stumps my shrink every time I change to a new one. |

Maybe I don't think about this deeply enough but I don't think there is a real meaning of life other than our instinct to survive and reproduce so we can pass on genetic material on. Other than that, every person will of course find a different purpose for their life-goals, aspirations, and so on. -Eroica |

Silly question, IMHO. What is the meaning of a trombone? Ain't no meaning unless one plays it. It's what one plays that gives mere respiration meaning. If there was a "meaning of life" I think we would all be the same. Like a colony of bees or ants. Do they have poetry? Poverty? Politics? Passion? Peace? Can they imagine...? warren |

The answer is "42"... (If the answer doesn't make sense to you, then perhaps you aren't forming the question properly).  Seriously though, I believe the meaning of life is to carry out God's Will, which includes being good stewards and helping others. I also believe that this life is a training ground towards that end. "...Thy Will be done, on Earth as it is in Heaven..."
