After reconsidering my previous post I came to the conclusion that I was taking my stressfull day at work out on Cheney
Actually, I think he has probably heard these statistics over and over so many times that his response was a simple "so", out of frustration. But who knows.

Do you know that percentage numbers used in such statements are 75% of the time made up? and the other 3/4 ths of the time they are only a representation of what certain groups feel in the moment. and the other 90% of the time they are made up only to prove a point.
