I tell you what these sick whack jobs who get a hold of guns and run into these schools, whatever level, or malls, or restaurants or post offices or stand on top of buildings and just shoot people....WTF, I mean, this is really what gives me quite the bad taste in my mouth about guns, gun control or lack of it! So, I'm sure with countless others, since the ba$tard shot his self, we are all left wondering why....what the hell did those kids do to you???

Well Tess I guess u will have to just wait it out LOL. Or maybe find him a friend to play with? I thought fixing my cat would help him but it didnt work, many nights I tell him it might be his last day alive. I have never in my life had such a bad cat. I cant control a cat no wonder why I dont want kids. Just cant put them to sleep ya know. LOL ok poor taste joke. Connie I know there has to be something seriously wrong with these people who do these shootings. Of course everyone is coming out blaming other things like, video games or something else. No he is just NUTS now they say he started taking some new medicine that made him nuts. I just dont understand how anyone can just kill people with no reguard for them. Sad it really is.

yeah - I posted on the I love, I hate thread about hating to hear about another shooting doesn't even make sense, yeah some jerks are bullys, there are mean girls, hateful people - but good gravy - write a book about it & make a bunch of money - don't shoot everyone - please. Anvil - too bad the water gets so cold in your area - when Moose is really hyper - he gets to practice his retrieving skills in the river - lots and lots of times - wears him out!!

after many disappointments today and many frustrating hours back and forth on the phone, my AH founnd a program and is there my feelings are mixed I am worried and relieved No contact with any of us for 30 days, no calls no visits then he works there for the 1st 90 days goes to meetings and groups and after 90 days he can get a job off site, but the money goes in an account and if he leaves he loses all funds, if he completes he gets his money the program is a year, which honestly is alittle worrysome to me, and I feel a little sick thinking about it, but on the other hand hes doing something to try to get better what more can I ask? suddenly I think the last few days are catching up to me and I am soo soo tired thanks for your thoughts and prayers guys!! |

Well after just grabbing fast food for supper, in order to HURRY and get some stuff done....I'm delving into my extra room closet to fetch out extra paint from bedroom redo years ago.....yep better have that out to see how much I need??? Oh and as fate would have it, low & behold who should call me on my cell phone as I round the corner for the home stretch....yep, good old Rustbucket Numbnuts him self! Twice on the cell with one message. I didn't answer either call....YEAH ME, GO CONNIE, GO CONNIE!!! The message....get this, ready for a laugh? "Oh, disregard that last call I knew you wouldn't answer anyway but I hit the wrong button, modern technology." That was all then he hangs up. WTF is that a form of manipulation or what? I bet he's chomping at the bit to see if I'm gonna call back! Our boss sent us all a little bouquet of flowers yesterday. I wanted soooooooooo badly for him to drive by or see me carry those out to the car or into the house. I'm so evil huh? I ain't calling him and it feels damn good too I might add.

Finally caught up with you guys after about an hour of reading. I kid you not! Went to bf's house last night for Valentine's Day and missed out on a bunch of stuff I see. Hope you are all doing well and snug in your beds, asleep peacefully for the night. See you all later. Thanks for being here. |

mtnmagic - I know what you mean about catching up...there's 3 pages since I last read. lies - I think the program sounds good for him, but remember....take care of YOU and let him deal with his recovery. Connie - way to go!!! Anvil - send Bucky....Desirae would love someone to keep her puppy company! She still hasn't named the poor thing, but she had some adorable pictures of him last night and he is keeping her busy. So, last night was busy and a good tip night. I sat some customers at a table and there was a set of keys on it (no one around) so took them up to the register. On the way, noticed $$ on the floor (again, no one around) and picked it up...it was $40!!!! Well, later, some guys I'd waited on came up to pay. Guy starts searching around his pockets and says he's lost $100. I pull out the keys and ask if he'd lost them, too....yep. Okay, so he's a dope boy (yep...I can spot them a mile away), he says he lost $100, I found $40 on the other side of the restaurant....so I didn't say a word about the money. He didn't seem to upset (I would have been LIVID if I lost $100) and since he only had $5 I gave him my employee discount so I wouldn't have an open check. Later, we find his ID laying out in the parking lot.....guess he can't keep up with anything! My boss said I had every right to keep it and if I'd told the guy I had found $40, he probably would have accused me of taking the other $60 he thought he had. All the guy said was "that's what I get for drinking". Anvil - hope you have fun with your friends. Hopefully the dogs will wear each other out and go to sleep! To everyone else...have a great weekend!

Morning Mafioso! Geez.....we got some frozen drizzle/ice crap outside, can't WAIT to go out and drive in that! Sigh.... Pretty good night, Gracie had a meltdown, got a time out or two and a swat on the butt, but neither helped....sigh again. She was OVER tired to say the least. Today I'm praying will be better. Still reeling and thinking about Rustbucket's 2 stupid calls on my cell yesterday evening.....hmmmmmmm. I guess if that was his intention, it worked. But.....as of right now, I have NO time to worry about his dumb A$$! I'm going out to a meeting tonight and ask for prayers that he NOT show up there! Ya'll have a good one and I'll be in & out ..... off & on today!
