Welcome! Come join us for laughs and lyrics, tears and truth, and whatever else you wanna chat about! We wanted to share a special poem, we'd hang it on the door, but they won't let us have sharp objects down here!

A Special Bond
by Rae Scales

Even though we have never met,
I feel a bond between us.
A bond that should have taken years to build,
Yet was built in a month or two.
A bond that lifelong friends should have,
Although most never do.
A bond that I am glad to share with you...
My Friend and Confidant.

You are not here in body and soul,
But as a lighted rectangle.
You come to me every day as
A message on my screen,
A message that I can rely on
To cheer me up and make my day.
Through a keyboard we share
Our ups and downs.

I have opened my inner self to you,
And you have to me as well.
We have traded secrets and laughs,
As well as sorrows and pain.
I have never met you, but feel as if
I have known you most of my life.
To most this might sound silly,
But I assure them, it is not.

I all ready have a surprise in store for her. She stuck her foot in her mouth and made an offer she didn't think we could pull off and I plan to do it in spades.

I was referred to see a subsidized State Dr. Saw him for the second time today. I consider him abusive. Difference is he costs 5$ and my pdr costs 83-110.
I figured out this state guy could not make it in the private sector because he wouldn't have any clients! LOL

I like the "Godfather" approach, take them to a nice dinner, tell them how it is, kiss them on the cheek, and watch them fall down later.

Live for my dumplings all I did was bring to a good boil put in some thick pancake mix and cover with lid so the steam cooked them. Nothing fancy LOL.

recovery is thinking it but NOT doing it! or at least i hope so, otherwise i'm toast

Hey guys my cousin was on probation for throwing a ceiling fan at her H. At Thanksgiving her almost three year old pointed at the ceiling fan and said owwwee light. (Ok not funny-but I promise the kid didnt see it happen, she heard her Dad talk about it later.)

Apparently thriwung is genetic, LOL

I was trained on the flour, egg, salt and rolling pin approach.
But I buy frozen ones. Too lazy to go to grocery!

Wow Todays headlines, they found another body in the river today-Second in 3 days, third in a week. My bank was robbed at 11:30-Suspect at large. A man turned 3 houses into hitech marijuana nursurys and was supplying 25 pounds a week to Jax area was sentenced to 35 years...

busy day in this tourist district

cind, you DO lock your car doors when traveling about right? park in well lit areas, etc?

I used to live in your town....the only time my car was broken into and stereo stolen

It was still a lot better than it is here in Atlanta.

Im sure some place have that stuff and others. 2 of the three bodies have been identified. 1 a coworker grew up with and said he was active in drugs, the other I dont know, foul play was not expected and he lived on one of the roughest streets near there

Cindi,

Since I am supposed to be a title specialist, I found that Columbia County was online.
Florida statute requires that a will be recorded within 10 days of the death certificate...which was filed.
Then I went to the property appraiser's records. I am able to find the property of SIL and their house, but no record of the modular/mobile home.
Under any of the likely names. I have a parcel ID number and will be phoning
the appraisers office tomorrow.
For now, I will just sit on the info I am acquiring. No need to tip off the other parties. They can do their own research
