Interesting article that finds a link between alcohol and throat, mouth cancers. It concludes that long term abstinence decreases chances of contracting cancer to the levels of non-drinkers.

Hey Mike,

Yeah, my mom who was an alcoholic survived throat cancer. I've seen it myself many times over unfortunately.
