I sing like that.

It's a lovely day, a bit cooler and less humid, so I will find balance working this morning while it is cool and walking after lunch. Delivery of my cabinet is between 3 and 5, so all is well.

Hope everyone has a swell mid-July day.

Good morning whiners! I love the singing dog.

Only exciting thing I'm doing today is bringing Freddie to the vet to be weighed. Other than that it's going to be a quiet day.

Ann, hope your new cabinet is in perfect shape.

Whats up RZ?

I have a slow day at work, probably, and thank goodness. I work late today- noon to 8pm. I am so grateful to be out of the stressful environment of the other store. I do miss the sales, though, as its easier to sell stuff right away, than to have to maintain things, find donation places if they don't sell, and ordering effectively. I do love a challenge, though..better than stress.

least, that singing dog was adorable, wasn't it? Suki finds the cutest things!
and Suki, guess what tomorrow is?

love you all.. have a great day! (((Mk))) thinking of you dear one!

It's the calm before the storm. Funeral is this afternoon followed by a celebration at a beautiful barn overlooking pastures and grazing cows. Mike used to love saying he could watch the cows and then order a steak........kind of gross if you are not a carnivore like he was. Today I am sometimes calm, sometimes frantic. People are arriving and I will need to be gracious though I want to scream. Someone just told me they are bringing tuna sandwiches, um.......I will not be able to eat that..........no no no. I had a nice protein smoothie and granola when I got up, too anxious now. I appreciate your love and support.

(((Mk))) Big hugs for you today.

I brought Freddie to the vet and he weighs 12.11 lbs! He's getting back to his optimal weight.

Also, the engraved baby cup arrived today and it was perfect. I brought it to the vet and they put it on her desk.

(((MK))) I have been thinking of you all day and send hugs.

Least, glad Freddie is gaining weight.

Cabinet came and is lovely. Perfect colour too.

Went to The Spaghetti House for dinner, not fancy but lots of character and fab food. Veal parm was the special and I had to bring leftovers home. Huge quantities.

Hugs to all.

Chic - I'm glad you liked my fish tale. I consoled myself while dealing with the fishy laundry - "At least this'll make a good quality whine".

Love to you, Mk - you are on my mind today.

Suki - You find the most unusual stuff to entertain us!

Least - How much did Freddie weigh?

Zip - HHH here too - didn't think it would be in the mountains.
Makes me cranky.

Ann - Glad it's delivered and ready to use! I'd love one just like it.
