Jerz - No fair about the shower. Yes, Saturday is a bad tv night - not sure why.

Well here's my whine, & it's quite good.

I ordered flowers from an online florist for a friend - her mother had died. I ordered an arrangement with a Lavender pitcher as a base (she loves that color). She sent me a picture of the arrangement! The flowers were ok, but they were in a hideous purple and pink polka-dot vase - with a yellow smiley balloon attached!! Of course the balloon was a mistake, but can you imagine? Never will I use that company again.

Though our presentation was done, I remembered (about 5-10 min. after talking to team leader) that he was supposed to submit our power point presentation immediately after our session. Called him..went to voice mail, sent him an e-mail.

Talked to him earlier today about another assignment and then remembered.."oh yeah, did you submit our presentation?" Nope. I don't blame him, he's done really great and the 3 of us all have the same 4 classes. The submission box was closed, he was going to send an e-mail to instructor and attach it. Hopefully, she will just deduct a few points.

I have been spending today working on other assignments and really need to learn how to NOT over-think stuff. I've spent hours looking up stuff because my instructor says the information is "there". Okay, she's an instructor, I'm a student and I can't FIND it! I sent out an SOS to some classmates who have the same class.

I made sm turn on the a/c when the house was 77, which means my room was about 87..add hot flashes and I was ready to climb IN the freezer..and it's still April? I will be wilted by August.

Fandy was VERY busy today!!!! i had a lot to do and need to eat too ya know, take the Samster for 2 long walks, spend time with my FTF friends, let my hairdresser peek at my periwinkle blue lace bra.....

and drive all over the state...because gas has come down to $3.61 a gallon.

i will let the 8 unused whines slide...because Ann spelled Whiney properly.

well the saga with my idiot neighbor is continuin..what a fool. does he actually think it's attractive to walk around naked with his giant stomach and saggy parts? i'm so sick of calling the police and them either telling him to shut the shades or carting him to the hospital for a few hours.

the only thing is watching him is watching up close what booze does to someone. it's a glaring reminder of what i never want to be in my old age.

I'm going to try to persuade Miss Daisy to go to church today... but not hopeful about it... Every Saturday she says "probably" and then Sunday she says "no".

I got to sleep in today until after 7am!

Hevyn, I would be all over the company that sent the smiley balloon with the funeral bouquet...I mean ALL OVER THEM.

I send flowers often to my father-in-law, he is in a nice place, has some plants but flowers really brighten up his room. I am specific as to size, often choose a FTD bouquet that has a picture on-line so I can discuss it with the person taking my order (whose name I get)...and even then I often get something totally different...and every time I call and ream them for this. I am glad my brother-in-law sends pictures so I can see, and I have changed florists several times until I finally found one florist that actually listens and tells me if they need to substitute anything.

It is a sunny Sunday today. I need to get out and soak it up...even though it is cold. Dang, where the heck is that warm weather??!!??

Sorry, Hevyn...I had to laugh! Maybe the "dead person" was a jokester and appreciated the humor of it...

I have a BIG WINE today...actually, TWO!!!

I have edema, and my left leg is very swollen...I'm afraid I'll have to go back to bed for a while to keep the leg elevated. What a nuisance!

When my aide went to put my comforter on the bed, she noticed a huge wet area...someone had obviously spilled something on it...probably water. I won't be able to send it to the laundry until tomorrow...I am so p.o.'d!!!

End of whines...onward...

Ha!!! I just figured out who did it!!! My cup of water was still on the bedside tray when I got up. I just went to get a sip from it...GONE!!! The aide spilled it when she moved the tray!!! They think we're all senile...SURPRISE!!! What bothers me now is that she didn't just own up to it!!!

(((Ann))) - the warmer weather is down here. It's at least 80-something degrees in my room and we just turned on the a/c.

I'm doing another presentation based on the paper I wrote after driving to Canada and back. Realized I made some whopper of mistakes, will just correct it in the presentation thing and tell the instructor I didn't want to continue with the stupid mistakes. Nothing like spending a page describing a legislative act and forgetting to put the name or when it was written

After this, have another paper to write and a final exam and then I am DONE..well at least with this semester.

If I get too irritable, will go to (((Jersey's))) and smack the aid that spilled water in her bed! I could swing by (((Fandy's))) and meet the famous (((Ozwald))) and the rest of her fur-crew.
