Do you have something that you allow yourself to indulge in in place of booze (or whatever else)?
I am eating a pimiento cheese sandwich on sourdough bread. Probably as many calories as a 6 pack of beer, lol. But at least I'll have the energy to run it off.
Trying to get healthy.

I kinda got a problem.

Diet ginger beer - 4 litres a day lol. Love it.
And biscuits/cookies - as many as my waistline will allow.

Ive been eatting alot of chocolate,which I don't normally do...
Playing video games,also something Im not normally into...
Ive been playing frisbee golf recently too. I totally suck at it,but Im trying to get active with some sober buddies...

HAHAHA Last drop, you sound just like my old room mate! We would go to get sushi at least once if not twice a week, and everyso often he would make his own Guacamole, it was pretty good stuff to.
I guess mine have to be tabacco cokacola and coffee, I am trying to switch to black coffee so decrease my sugar and coffee intake but its just not the same.
