| Another fish question...
The water in the tank has cleared, but I added some new decorations. I got the 2 fish a cave, and a plastic plant. I noticed when I put the cave in they were swimming in it and playing, but 10 minutes later they both went to the bottom of the tank and they have been there all day and hardly budge when I put the food in. They wre all over the place, swimming, right before I added the new stuff. I don't know what's going on. The guy in the pet store said they are just adjusting, but I'm worried =/ Has this happened to anyone before? Gypsy??? I need ya now, lol.

Thanks for the replies ![]() One of them was going in and out of the cave alot when I first put it in, but then they just kinda froze and stay suspended the bottom behind the little plant I put in. Like mywifeisatpeace said, it looks like they are hiding.

| I brought my water in the other day and they said the ammonia level was fine. They moved around a little bit, but still not coming up for food. They are just staying at the bottom hiding behind things.

maybe your cave scared them!! maybe they are just clever and cunning, and they are messing with your mind. If they aren't moving around soon, take another sample in darn it *honestly I don't think I ever watched my fish as hard as you, so I didn't notice this stuff:P

ha...They have moved a little, but just basically staying on the bottom. I caught them in the cave a couple times lol. Now they are just hiding behind it. Actually, I shouldn't call it a cave. It's more like a decorative pot that's meant to look like an old, worn artifact. It has some openings in it so they can swim through. They actually look okay, they aren't swimming on their side or anything. They are just staying on the bottom hiding. I hope they start firing around the tank again soon, like they were before, lol.
