Made my first summer salad from my little garden. Cucumber, cilantro flowers, sweet and thai basil flowers and leaves, mint, peppers, green tomato, and some store bought lettuce, capers, olives.

uglyeyes eats gophers? Wow, I thought only windysan ate things like that. LOL

Truly there's nothing better than a home-grown salad. I really miss them. Although I will use bacon bits as possum bits are hard to find in Cali.
