| council politics gone mad
My work sends out a health and safety leaflet every month... this was a piece that they put in (dont know where it came from originally) .... nobody was impressed.... 30 children under the age of 3 in Lothian (Scotland)... raised £142 for charity by staging a "Toddlethon" through the park... They were then charged £36 by the council for assessing and checking whether the event needed policing!!!!!!! I thought this was ridiculous.... Anyone else seen anything??? pc gone mad etc There was also a bit on the news here about a prison riot... i dont know all the details... but when asked how the prisoners got out their cells... the person giving the interview said they have their own cell keys... or room keys as they like to call them.... but its ok apparently because they are only catagory c prisoners... Sorry if this one offended on this site... |
