adore79 Member Join Date: Mar 2007 Location: WA, USA Posts: 2,503 Blog Entries: 42	Maxim Gorky? IMO his short stories are the best, but his novels were good as well. He is the best at portraying the "Russian soul" and showed me how people could see beauty in livfe even when living in poverty and tragedy.
