subrity and suboxone

Hello,
I am 25 years old i live in NC. I have a roommate who I love so much! She sees everything different. She was a really bad heroine addict for about 2 years. she had gone to FL for rehab... she came home mid January. at this point heroine wasn't the issue. she claimed she was now an alcoholic. its been about 6 months since her return. she believes she is clean, my problem is, she isn't... she has been taking suboxones for a while, that is a medication that is to help you get away and get off dope. the rules with them are, you are supposed to gradually lower the Mg's until you are off them completely, she has been on 8mgs since she came home. she runs around saying she is clean but she isn't! she is still getting high off those meds. that and also she takes sleeping pills every night, and i believe she snorts them, i feel she is playing games. she is trying to see how much she can get us to bleaive. i am lost with all of this! I feel she doesnt want to get clean and she doesn't want to change. or maybe she in fact believes she is clean! she has also mentioned if she ever "relapse" she is going right for the needle, no pills no snorting... in my eyes that seems like she has plans. she knows she wont last long n she is just preparing herself for the day she gets a real high. i need help! all of this that has gone on has destroyed her family, none of her friends, including myself want to be around her she is o vindictive, is she like this because she knows she isn't sober, and she knows she will be back to the needle extremely soon? or does she have no idea what she is doing to everyone around her? i just need perspective. i need some one to tell me I'm wrong, and that this is what recovery is about, and that its all a process, in time she will be back to her normal loving self! i miss my best friend, the girl she once was. if anyone has dealt with these problems before, or dealt with a loved one in this situation it would be great for your opinion, or advise.
thank you,
*Shelly.*
