Long, difficult day...seems a good place to vent a bit!
There are days when I feel like this disorder (bipolar) just kicks my ass. Days it wears me down and exhausts me. Days I get so frustrated with having to pay special attention to my moods; days I wonder 'why can't I just be normal? why can't I be like everyone else?'; days I wish I weren't me and this weren't my life.
