Drank yesterday, drinking today. I went to the liquor store straight from both meetings. Going to anothr meeting tomorrow with an older, sober woman I met tonight.

Wow. Go me!

Very tired and not a lot to write. Went to a Daily Reflections meeting at lunch today. Have been going to maybe 2 meetings a week. So hard with work, being ill, trying to get some exercise and just manage the logistics of life. My next step is to ask a few people about being my sponsor. Today's group offer temporary sponsorship so I think I'll follow that up.

So very tired. I had a couple of business opportunities come my way today and my first instinct...

Ugh I haven't had a pleasant week. Not well at all and went to a funeral today. I came home and went to bed and slept for a few hours.

I feel quite depressed but I think a large part of it is that my insulin problem is no longer under control.

I went ot a meeting tonight and left half way through. Just not up for being preached at right now. Plus I really, really, really wanted a drink.

I feel overwhelmed by financial and health issues today. I think I'll go back to bed.

You know, my memory is crap now. Is this common when people stop drinking? I have always had a bad memory but now I can't remember things like if I already took a shower, fed my cat, fed myself, took my meds etc or like today when I opened my bag and found a new book. It took me a while to remember that I brought it earlier today. I was so surprised. I couldn't imagine where it had come from!
