I went for a run today, a regular one hour session, which ended with some push ups and all that stuff, at home. The day was clear, a beautiful, blue sky, and only the slightest drizzle fell, albeit briefly. Being Wales, this is a blessing in itself, and it's also very fortunate that we can enjoy the last days of the summer with this fair weather, even if it still rains every now and then.
