    It's a dangerous game that's played between how you want things to be and how things actually are. One is theoretical and tormenting as most people prone to addiction want instant gratification. The other is real, in your face but events, at least to me, are never actually good or bad, up or down, left or right. The event occurs and then we have option of delivering a reaction or a response. Something is only good because we believed it to be good. The irony comes when we think of the situations we considered good even great at the time, only to reevaluate them as bad later.
