Yeah I'm off that stuff now... but the Lamictal I'm down to 100mg from 125mg... jeez I'm already even more depressed/irritable... but this is the way to go, and I can't believe I failed in drinking, god darn, but I'm on the right PATH now.

How depressing how memory loss/poor concentration could
be caused by my Xanax... jeez somethin is really wrong with me lol, somethin else to worry about now... worried about how I keep track of
days/weeks/months...

I want off this Risperdal so bad, called my Physchian Assistant today and she said to go down an 0.5mg ... back on Lamictal 125mg so that's good I hope... ever since I've been on this Risperdal it's been tougher but it was tough when I was going through Lamictal withdrawal back in March anyway, man I can't ever win.
