Hi friends, I am on Day 7 after my 2nd relapse since rehab. I couldn't believe how weak and debilitated my body became after drinking on a 10 day bender. I never thought alcohol would kill me. At least not for 20 yrs. I'm 38. But now I think it will. I need to remember this or else I'll choose to drink rather than to be sober.

I am trying so hard. Going to aa mtgs everyday is too much for me. It confuses me and angers me. I like going to 3 per week which includes my home group....

Hi friends, I am on Day 100 and live in Toronto but am on holiday in Bangalore. Boy, do I ever notice any alcohol or what! Every advertisement, bar, mag. ad....

I do now wish I stayed home and with my comfortable routine.
