I'm so new to blogging

Ok..I admit, when I setup blogging on SoberRecovery I really didn't expect much. Then I began to reflect on MySpace, Facebook and others and immediately thought. The sober community has a lot to say. So many beautiful spirits, who wouldn't want to blog on SoberRecovery. I encourage everyone to give a shout to the world.

Have you tried "Rebirthing"(please google it), it really helped to be aware of what was truly behind certain behaviors that were hard to change, it's much quicker than cognitive therapy and most are affordable not nearly as expensive as a PsychologistPosted 10-20-2010 at 07:25 PM by Ciccina
