The dancesteps of living

I am dancing. We have all heard of the "ripple effect", but how have we thought of it? I was imaging a big boulder, and then some boys skipping stones, and a diversity great.
One time I lived right up on a lake with my large window facing it, my chair there to watch it. With weather warnings on the radio, I transfixed, put my nose against the window, enthralled with acres of hailstones flying down from the sky and into the lake. Each stone caused a fountain. An eruption. A multiplicity unaccountable. I believe in multiplicity without being able to understand it.
Dependent arisings? (term taught me by His Holiness the Dalai Llama)

Hmm. I like to water-ski. I moon bathe in smooth waters.
But dance?

One of the moments I fell in love with my husband, whom I don't know really, as we all are flux, was when he bodysurfed a very high tide.
Twas a dangerous undertow, the surfaced would have turned me over and swept me to the sands, and the underworld I listened to moon bathing in a lake would have swept me to the bones in the ocean.Posted 01-02-2008 at 11:38 PM by liveweyerd
