Today is the first day of July and it's come with cloudy skies and mid-60's temps. I'm absolutely loving it, because my poor little air conditioner has been working entirely too hard the past few weeks.

I'm feeling sooo tired today. In fact, the past few days I've been feeling quite draggy. Yuuuck.
I tried exercise, a cup of caffeinated tea, a healthy, raw lunch and now I'm sitting here at my desk and can't wait until I can go and take a nap for about a half hour, come 6pm.

It's been up and down. I've slipped, I've put a few weeks under my belt, slipped again, and so on. As of today it's been almost a week. Weekends are always difficult, but I have high hopes for this upcoming one to be a bit easier.
