I have this job I love.
I have a job where I rattle the cage.
Rattle the cage and to stir something deep within.
Something painful, something joyful, something meaningful! Something comes up.
I rattle a cage, shake the tree limb, shine a light, raise a thought, make a statement, present an observation, and witness.
I have a job I love.
A job that requires a great deal of courage. Some days I am afraid to say what I see. Some days I am afraid that you may not like me.
Some days I am afraid that you may not trust that I love and care about you.
Some days it is harder for me to be courageous.
Some days I would rather go with the crowd and take the easy route to nowhere then to go against the crowd and stand as one.
I have this job I love where I rattle the cage of consciousness and shake the soul deep within. Awaken, awaken, awaken and see the love, feel the love and become the love that connects us all, that touches us all, that leaves a mark on us all.

Thank you for sharing this! You've just helped me over a hurdle that I was going through. A hurdle where I felt like I was in the center of all negativity and I felt like I was struggling against it all alone. I even felt like taking the easier route by joining the negativity and then I saw your blog and 'poof' the feeling went away. You've helped me face my fear, and I now know that I am not alone because God is with me always ♥ ♥ ♥
