I am sitting here watching a squirrel run around looking for food in the backyard while it is pouring rain and he is drenched! {Looks like a wet rat!}

I wonder if squirrels get depressed? Do they wake up in the morning and see that it is raining and think "Oh crap! I have to run around in that BS today?"...Or do they just not even think about it and go on about their business?

I would think they run purely on instinct and what God has provided them with.
"I need food. I will go find food.

I think we can learn alot from the animals!

    Ever notice how a squirrel and birds can sit side by side and eat at a bird feeder and not bother each other?

    We can learn by appreciating that we are a part of nature just as they.

    I think their teeny, tiny squirrel brains just say "dang! i'm hungry!" and off they go. rain or shine. it would be kind of sad if they were sitting in your yard thinking, "dang! wish i had a house like that! that looks REAL nice...when's she gonna have me in for tea?" You have me cracking up here. Thanks.
