Not sure

I understand so much, yet understand so little at the same time. I've been to a few alanon meetings, but I'm not "feeling" it really & have no clue what to do. I'm not sure if I should try going to an AA meeting or just stick out the alanon meetings. It's all so confusing. I've read some of the AA big book, and bought some books from alanon that I started reading. I'm ready to do the steps & get the ball rolling. I really would love to do my resentments, because I could write a book (seriously!) with all of mine. I just want it off my chest, I guess in a way I've been doing that for many years already though.. I blog on 2 different places, and often about my life, what's going on, and most of the time about my husband & his addiction, sometimes I write about how I've done wrong by others, other times I write about how many people hurt me in my life.
