I hit 2 months on tuesday but the site was down or something was wrong where I could not get on.

Anyway it has been a great ride so far. I have made it 2 months before but I was never actively thinking of staying sober and never had the plan to never drink again for as long as I live.

There are still some days I have cravings but I have distanced my new self who exercises, eats healthy, tries to think positively, and other new attributes far from my old alcoholic self....

After this week i will have been sober for a solid 2 months. definitely great progress!

Recently I have joined a gym as just working out at home was not proving to be enough and also I have become even more serious about my workouts.

For me working out has become the highlight of my life at this point. I have joined back up with the body building site i was once on and am even able to display my physique again as I get myself into better and better shape.

the weeks are definitely going by alot quicker lately and my training continues to go well. I am down to 63 kg and about 10 percent body fat.

I am looking better than even before I came to japan which is quite an accomplishment because I worked really hard on my body before I got here.

After this month I think I will have lost enough fat on my body where I can up my calories to 2600 a day to start building alot of lean muscle mass.

I cant believe i am a month and a half deep already. Time is going by alot quicker now compared to when I first got sober.

I am sooo glad I found this site. You have no idea how much it has helped me reclaim the best parts of myself.

My weight is now at 64 kg and I am seriously looking better than I have in over 2 years.

week 5 is going well. I feel like I have great control of any cravings I could possibly have. It also helps that they get weaker and weaker the healthier and more in shape I become.

My training is going really well too. Although I cannot seem to drop my weight below 65 kg. Its weird. I have been stuck there for 2 weeks now even after healthy eating and never missing a run.

Oh well, patience is all need. Even though my weight has not dropped my body is looking a ton...
