Hyperventilating

Well today is Wednesday and things have gone by like a blur. Nothing new to really report except that I have been experiencing very very bad symptoms of panic attacks. Today I thought I was going to pass out. And the racing thoughts will not subside. I know that the majority of this is from drinking and I put myself into this predicament, now it's time to get myself out of it. A doctor told me last year if I didn't have a drop of alcohol it would take 10 years to totally get rid of the side effects. Wow! One day at a time though....I can do this.

I can relate fifty...my panic attacks are horrid..I was making spaghetti monday nite and could barely stand up..my vision tunnels I feel like im gonna black out..I get the shakes soo bad... Mine have been more frequent lately...and I never know what is going to set them off...
