The Raven and the Frog

In Native American culture the Raven was called upon in ritual so that visions could be clarified. Native holy men understood that what the physical eye sees, is not necessarily the truth, and he would call upon the Raven for clarity in these matters. The Raven is also the keeper of secrets.

Due to the fascinating transitions the Frog goes through in its life, it is a symbol of metamorphosis. Furthermore, the Frog’s dual time spent on land and water represents duality of the soul.

The fox is thought by many ancient cultures to be a messenger between our world and spirit world.

    Hi, I'm new to this site but just wanted to say I admire your determination and optimism. I too suffer from depression and it can be a huge struggle for me also. I'm hoping and rooting for you to beat it again.

    Hey {{Felly}}

    Hang in there. Maybe this thing with your parents will turn out to be a good thing.
    I think if I had 'too' much support from my parents it would let me become stagnant in my recovery, especially the depression issue.
    My cousin and I both are similiar our self destructiveness, but the cousin 'Always' gets bailed out, therefore s never had to work hard to get out of her own head, etc.

    I know it will be hard, but I have Faith that you can do it.
    We are stronger inside than we realize most of the time.

    Don't give up the fight, just fight harder!
    You will win!
