I've been around the internet for a wile, participated in unmoderated bulletin boards (forums) and experienced more than my fair share of being flame baited by trolls. Its kind of an surprise when that did happen to me today here at SR.

One thing that I have worked on as an addict in recovery is to not take the bait. Sure there was a time in recovery that I would feed the troll, get sucked in and then the whole thing would develop into a big mess of ego posturing from both sides....

My honey and I had a great afternoon overlooking the pacific. Sea otters were so cute floating in the waves, pleasant afternoon. I know the thoughts will return, but nice not to have desire to drink for today. Each sober day is a blessing.
