Still don't have my ride out of storage and I was feeling a little low. Getting out in the fresh air of nature always helps me mentally and physically, when I motivate myself to do it. Just got back from a hike with my dog out at Wishart Park. I feel refreshed, centered and peacefull. I am slowly learning to do more things that are good for me, to remember that sobriety is a gift granted by the grace of God and He wants the best for me, always. I'm living proof that you can teach an old dog new tricks, you just have to be patient with him/or her. Here's a pic of the Root River that flows through the park.

Getting out my fly rod. I need to get one of those that can break down into 10 pieces so it will fit in the saddle bag. Sitting on the shore watching the fish can be as relaxing as a ride in the mountains. Great picture. Thank you
