Great Weather

But I turned in the plate so I wasn't able to take a ride. Guy up the street blew his cage engine so he was out and about on his rice rocket. 2 in the afternoon and I hear him ride by the house.

Well it felt like great weather anyways. Reached 38 degrees today with sunshine.
Seems 38-2 months ago felt a bit cold. Today it felt like tee shirt weather *LOL*

Spring won't be far off.

I hear ya .. about 100 miles east of home in Utica, NY cooped up in a motel 6 tonight. Had I been home I might have shoveled out the barn door. Oh well jobs a little more than 1/2 way done and wed.s supposed to break 30.

Not that I'm ready to ride, anyway, but we're enjoying what passes for winter down here. Had beautiful 70 and 80 degree temps last week, and this week we're in the low 40s and rainy!

Oh, well! It gives me a chance to wear those sweaters, jackets, and long-sleeved shirts I never get to wear any other time of year!

2/2 is groundhog day. So if the fat little bugger sees his shadow does that mean we start to polish the bike up more or does it mean we can put off the polishing for a week or two more?

Hey guys,
My brother is still cleaning up from the 42 inches of snow they got in Mass., Down here in North Carolina it's about 40 degrees and over cast today but I wish I was riding. I bet you could find some good deals on scoots up in Mass. right about now. Maybe I'll look at some sights and see what I see. I've been looking for a good deal on an older soft tail. Me and the old lady have been dying to get back on the road.

Maybe some good deals in NH. Mass seems to be filled with people wanting more then things are worth. Need to pay these taxes some how *LOL*

Even with all the snow... if I had my plate, all I would need do is make a path from the shed to the driveway. The roads have been ok for the past few days for local rides.

Mike,

I check the want-ads regularly, just to see what bike prices are like here in Texas. Been some wild fluctuation lately - a few weeks of ridiculously high prices, followed by a few weeks of real deals, and then back up again. If you're really ready to buy, you might check the Dallas area.

14 years ago today the judge saw my shadow and told me I had 6 more months of winter before I was even gonna be home to polish my scoot.

Went to meeting the day I got out and the rest is a mystory. lol

In the struggles of one day... 14 years is an impressive collection.
Truly thank you for the ESH you share that those 14 years of wisdom gathering has given.
