an update... Around St. Paul: Hospital gets bikers' infusion Joe Kimball, Star Tribune October 1, 2004 Last month's Flood Run generated plenty of publicity when one of the cyclists on the charity motorcycle tour was clocked at 205 miles per hour near Hastings. Lost in the fuss, though, was the fact that the bikers raised $14,109 for Gillette Children's Hospital in St. Paul. And when organizers of the bike run presented the check to the hospital Wednesday, they were joined by Sam Tilley, the 20-year-old Stillwater man who received the 205 mph speeding ticket. Earlier, Tilley had tracked down co-organizer Brian Denny to apologize for the negative publicity that his actions attracted to the bike rally and the hospital. Denny, who called Tilley "one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet," invited him to attend the check ceremony. So Tilley told hospital officials in person that he was sorry and he was given a tour of the facilities. (He has declined to speak about the incident publicly -- and has even turned down motorcycle buff Jay Leno's interview request-- but Tilley reportedly has told friends he wasn't going that fast.) Tilley also signed some of the rally's leftover T-shirts with his new nickname: "205 Tilley." Proceeds from the rally and T-shirts were donated to Gillette because young Robert Brown, 9, son of co-organizer Bob Brown, has been treated there for cerebral palsy. http://www.startribune.com/stories/785/5009887.html

Could always rake leno for a few extra bucks and give even more to the children's hospital. Hey Jay you want me there? Hows about 2.5 for a 10 minute spot. Nooo you pay me the 2.5
