I was just talkin' my pals from Jeff City about a run to MO. Can I get directions to Hurricanes backyard and maybe me and the boys will ride down from IL.

South of Rockford in Northern, IL there is a Midwest Motorcycle AA convention @ Emerald Acres Campground. I think this is the 10th year maybe. I have been to 3 or 4. Circuit speakers, bands, food meetings, bike games and lots of meeting. Always a good time. Usually end of may or early june. I will post details when I get em'.

Hurricane who posts on this forum, lives in the town where the convention is held....I was just joking about it being in his back yard.........The town is Lake Ozark Mo. and the convention is held at one of the hotels. I have a flyer at one of my meetings and will get it tonight and post all the information.

SPRINGTIME IN THE OZARKS

Eureka Springs Arkansas
April 16, 17, 18, and 19

One of the best conventions I have attended. Last year there were 2,500 AA's there with around 300 bikes. Some really great rides in the hills around Eureka. The Best Western were the event is held is sold out years in advance, but there are many other hotels to choose from. I stay at the other Best Western in the town.
