I lost my drivers license for 10 years in December 1996. I rode a bicycle for 8 1/2 years up until January 2007. I had dreams of getting a new Harley. I kept my nose clean and didn't take that first drink or toke, and low and behold, my dream came true. January 16, 2007 I went and paid for a new 2007 Road King Classic.

I know that we can do anything we want if we put our sobriety first.

I quit riding in '90, it was probably one of the few smart things I did at the time, but I knew if I kept drinking and riding I was going to die.

17 years later with a couple years of sobriety under my belt, I bought a new bike with a little more power than that first one. There's nothing in the world like riding clean and sober, what an amazing feeling it is.

That dream will come true for you. Keep working towards it!
