Hi, i am 45 and have been in recovery 2x's this lateset round has earned me the gratitude needed to have quality recovery not quanity, i am going on five years old. have 3 girls 21 and up, 4 grandchildren with one more on the way. i am loving my life, i work in the field (substance abuse counselor) god has turely blessed me with so many gifts. and now i have found this site what a trip. i need to reconnect with family, working in the field i tend to forget i need to take care of my own recovery. so i have this wonderful opportunity to gain sobriety support and to be supportive with all of you. well hope to gain new friends as well as to become one!

Boy, do I ever understand this.........gratitude keeps me clean and sober.

I like Sacramento, I was there a couple of years ago. Beautiful City.
