Bike Pictures Hey Sockittome, welcome to the forum. I ride a 2007 Harley Davidson Road King Classic. I have added a little more chrome to it, but here is the way it looked a couple of months ago. I fly the flag on PGR missions. Hope to see more bikes on this thread. Without my sobriety I would still be on a bicycle which I had to ride for 10 years. By the grace of God and the program of action called Alcoholics Anonymous, today I drive and ride.

Thanks for the welcome. I bought a VRod in 2003 and couldn't ride it much due to being either drunk, or hungover. My sobriety date is 05.22.06 and on 09.11.07 I bought my Hayabusa because I wanted sportbike performance. I love it and did my novice race class at the California Speedway last weekend. It's amazing what I can do when I'm not loaded!

Yes, I've heard that it's too heavy for the track but I had no problem keeping up with the light bikes in the turns and left them all standing on the straights. The track day was just to give me more skill for the street and it really paid off. I learned a lot, had a lot of fun and am once again grateful that I am sober to enjoy it.

![]() Here's my old girl. A 79 Honda Hawk CB400. This is my first year riding (well I bought it and fixed it up last year but this is the first year I have really taken it anywhere). I really find that riding helps keep me sober (well more sober, I haven't completely given up drinking). I never drink and drive so if I want to ride I can't drink. I like the Hawk but I can definitly see getting something a bit bigger next year...I find it is a great bike to learn on though, as it is light and easy to handle.

I'm too techno-challenged to post a pic of my personal bike, but there's one on my user page, and I'll use the factory pic as my avatar for awhile. It's a Suzuki C50T, mine's pretty well dressed out these days. Quite a change from the tiny Honda Rebel 250 I had 18 years ago. Thank God I had the sense to quit riding that one drunk or I probably wouldn't be alive.

That's a smokin' price Primal, the C50 is a lot of bike even at the regular price, lots of extras on it. It was nice to cruise on it yesterday, even in the 110 heat. toad, thank you for the kind words!
