| I appolgize for my absence although I have been checking in just not responding. I knew I would have to tell you guys you are like a second family to me and one of the first that I notified when I found out I was expecting. Unfortunetly we are not expecting anymore. The surgery I had last year The Ileal Conduit Urostomy they gave me because of 16 years of Intersitial Cystitis tearing my bladder apart. We asked the surgeon if we could have children after the surgery and she assured us it would not be a problem. So in May I found out I was pregnant shortly after I was sick with kidney/urine infections. To make a long story short they sent me to a high risk doctor and we were told the pregnancy had to be medically terminated if not I would not make it more than 4 or maybe 5 months before the baby would grow and tear the stitching and the urostomy apart on the inside and it would end up probably killing both the baby and I of urine poisoning. So we did as the doctors instructed and had the termination done. I have not been dealing well with this. Right now I am just in hiding at my house. I don't go out but to get groceries or run small errands with my husband. I fear running into the people I know and have to tell them we are no longer expecting. So I hide and pray if I hide long enough word will spread through the two families and then I don't have to explain it to people face to face. I had to come here and tell you guys though, you have been so great to me and I appreciate it so much. I will be on but maybe just not saying a whole lot for a little bit. Just bear with me. Harley Runt and The Hubby. |
